Congratulations to Addie Paquin in 2nd grade and Aliyah Ivey-Leake in 5th grade. They both won 1st place in the Local and VT State Level contest for their age groups. Their poster will now move on to the Eastern Division of American Legion Auxiliary and we'll see what happens at that level!
Each student received a Certificate of Achievement for being a First Place Winner of ALA State of VT Poppy Poster Contest and a $25 gift certificate to the Bennington Bookstore. They also received a Certificate of Achievement and a $10 Wal-mart gift card for winning at the Local Level!
