What is PTO?
The Shaftsbury PTO is a non profit group whose mission is to support the elementary school, teachers and students. The PTO helps provide extra funding for enrichment programs (field trips, in-school special programs), teacher requested classroom support and program needs.

Do I need to attend meetings?
No! You can participate as little or as much as you would like! We are always looking for parents and caregivers to join our monthly meetings, but attendance is not a requirement.

How can you help?
You can sign up to volunteer at one of our many events during the school year. We are able to fund our events and programs through generous donations and fundraising.
